OUR PROCESS
Executive Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional furniture, fixtures, and equipment solutions tailored specifically for high-end hospitality brands, purchasing agents, developers, retail brands, and general contractors. Our expert team collaborates closely with clients to transform visions into reality.
HANDLING, STORAGE & MANAGEMENT
Executive Group owns just under a million square feet of warehousing storage in Amsterdam, NY, where our personnel ensure proper handling of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for timely shipment. Our facility is monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras and temperature-controlled to ensure goods leave damage-free. Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager and inventory manager who collaborate with clients and contractors, providing regular updates to ensure successful delivery and installation.
DELIVERY
When the jobsite is prepared to receive our goods, we will load the required goods in our company-owned trucks. When the goods arrive to the jobsite, our movers are responsible for making sure the goods are placed in a safe area and make necessary adjustments to protect other trade's already finished work.
INSTALLATION
This is the final step in this process. Union and non-union carpenters will assemble and install the unwrapped and staged product in its intended place. The foreman also works closely with designers, architects and other related parties.
